Seeking to build biblical knowledge and Christian character from the inerrant Scriptures, is a conservative evangelical Christian publisher committed to developing biblically based resources with integrity and excellence that glorify God and help people come to know and grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Specifically, is focused primarily on publishing works that advance conservative biblical theology and worldview to a broad array of disciplines—all being grounded in the inerrant Word of God. Operating with two publishing divisions targeting both the church and academy, titles include significant works in the fields of biblical studies, theology, history, languages, philosophy, pastoral ministry, contemporary church movements, and development of Christian character. Statement of Faith: The Holy Scriptures . We believe the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments to be the verbally inspired Word of God, the final authority for faith and life, inerrant in every matter in the original writing, infallible and God-breathed (2 Timothy 3:16–17). The Godhead. We believe in one Triune God, eternally existing in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—co-eternal in being, co-identical in nature, co-equal in power and glory, and having the same attributes and perfections (Deuteronomy 6:4; 2 Corinthians 13:14). The Creation and Man . We believe that the book of Genesis presents a historically accurate account of the origin of man and all that follows. We believe that man was created in the image and likeness of God, but that when man sinned the human race fell and became alienated from God. Thus, man is totally depraved and of himself, utterly unable to remedy his lost condition (Genesis 1:26–27; 5:2; Psalm 51; Romans 3:22–23; 5:12; Ephesians 2:1–3, 12). Salvation . We believe that salvation is the gift of God brought to man by grace and received by personal, repentant-faith in the Lord Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins (Luke 24:46–47; 1 Corinthians 15:1–5; Ephesians 2:8–10; 1 Peter 1:18–19). Dispensationalism . We believe that the Scriptures interpreted consistently in their natural, literal sense (or grammatical-historical) reveal divinely determined dispensations” or rules of life which define man’s responsibilities in successive administrations of God highlighting a doxological purpose to history. Further dispensational distinctions revealed by a consistently applied grammatical-historical hermeneutic are those between national Israel and the Church, as well as between the Church and the still-future literal Kingdom of God (Ephesians 1:10; 3:2–10; Colossians 1:24–25 ; Revelation 20:2–6). The Pretribulational Rapture of the Church and Second Coming of Christ . We believe in that blessed hope,” the personal, imminent, pre-tribulational and premillennial coming of the Lord Jesus Christ to receive His church to Himself. We further believe in Christ’s subsequent return to earth with His saints, to establish His Millennial Kingdom, which will begin only after the second advent (Zechariah 14:4–11; 1 Thessalonians 1:10; 4:13–18; 5:9; Revelation 3:10; 19:11–16; 20:1–6). Christian Writers Conference Quia Scriptores Quia Scriptores (latin: for writers”) is a one-day conference designed for Christian writers who are interested in improving their craft. Workshops led by accomplished Christian authors, editors, and publishers, offer something for everyone, from published authors looking to expand their platform to those interested in learning more about how to get started writing.
